We offer nationwide delivery on all containers, ensuring you receive your purchase no matter where you're located within the continental U.S. Our network of reliable carriers ensures that your shipping container arrives safely and on time.
Delivery Timeframe:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size/type of container purchased. Standard shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, but expedited options may be available depending on your needs and location. Once your order is placed, our team will provide an estimated delivery window and keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
Delivery Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the container and the distance from our warehouse to your location. The total cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note: additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access delivery locations.
Delivery Process:
Upon arrival, our professional drivers will ensure that the container is unloaded at your specified location. You must ensure that the delivery site is accessible and free of obstructions. If any special equipment is required to complete the delivery, such as cranes or forklifts, these should be arranged in advance by the customer.
Returns Policy
At HAL Shipping Containers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your container, we offer a hassle-free returns policy under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

The container is in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unmodified).

A return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The container has not been customized or altered from its original form.
Return Process:

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and any associated costs (including transportation back to our facility) will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee:

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that custom containers or containers that have been modified in any way are not eligible for returns. This includes containers that have been altered for specific uses such as office spaces, retail setups, or residential modifications.
Damaged or Defective Containers
If your container arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund, replacement, or repair. Our team will review the situation and provide a solution based on the extent of the damage.
